Itinerary
DAY1Kigoma to Gombe
Pick-up in Kigoma and a boat ride north along Lake Tanganyika to Gombe. Afternoon forest walk.
DAY2Chimpanzee trekking
Morning trek with a park guide to find a chimpanzee group, with time to observe them. Afternoon at the lake shore.
DAY3Second trek and return
A final morning with the chimpanzees, then boat back to Kigoma.
