When is the best time for a Tanzania safari?
Tanzania offers great safaris all year. June to October is the dry season, with easy game viewing and the migration river crossings in the northern Serengeti. January to March is calving season in the southern Serengeti. April and May bring the long rains, lush landscapes and lower prices.
Are your safaris private?
Yes. Every Ceraa Eyes safari uses a private vehicle and guide for your group only, so you can travel at your own pace and adjust the plan as you go.
Can you change an itinerary for me?
Absolutely. Our packages are starting points. We can add or remove days, switch parks, upgrade lodges or add Zanzibar or Kilimanjaro.
Do I need a visa to visit Tanzania?
Most visitors need a visa, which can usually be obtained online as an e-visa before travel. Requirements differ by nationality, so please check the official Tanzania immigration website for your country.
Is a safari suitable for children?
Yes. Families are very welcome. We plan shorter driving days, family-friendly lodges and flexible game drives for younger travellers.
