Itinerary
Once breakfast in Arusha is done, you join your safari group and driver-guide and set off for Tarangire Park Guide: Elephants, Baobabs and Game Drives, which is renowned for its huge baobab trees and big elephant herds. You spend the whole day on game drives, with a picnic lunch taken inside the park. Beside the Tarangire River you may also come across lions, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests and, with luck, leopards.
You have dinner and sleep at your lodge or campsite near Mto wa Mbu or Karatu.
Following breakfast, you set out on a scenic drive to the world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing first through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with optional pauses at Maasai villages or viewpoints. After entering the Serengeti, a game drive takes you on to the central plains (Seronera), where predators including lions, leopards and cheetahs range freely.

Devote the whole day to the vast wilderness of Serengeti National Park, where the Big Five live and the dramatic Great Migration unfolds (seasonal). During game drives your guide tracks predators and explores the animal-rich areas along the Seronera River.
